In gradeschool and middle school, I used to be able to do sit-ups and crunches, but now, abour twelve years later, I can't even get my head up off the floor. I wanna do what the ab lounge does, but I don't even think it works unless u can get it off the floor, and I used to be able to do that with myself for free, now I can't...but want to again. I want a flat tummy...and washboard abs, so then I can continue living and eating the way I do(sedentary, and moderately healthy), and not have to worry for a little while about acquiring a tummy. Besides(I know this will NEVER happen), but I'd like my mom to shut up for once about my big belly...she minds it more than I do, she keeps saying I look pregnant when she knows I never was. She wants a skinny mini, and IF by doing this she'll get off my back, I'll be glad, because it's a small price to pay for her to SHUT UP for good!. I do try telling her this, but she won't listen to me. Any advice on this is appreciated. Thanks.
