Yes they defenitly work great!! However if you have sensitive teeth I would only use them twice a week. Normal use is once in the morning and once at night before bedtime everyday or every other day.

Yes, they work great! I used them twice a day (once in the morning, while I was getting ready for school and once at night, while I was watching tv or surfing the net), and I noticed a huge difference after four days.

Yeah they really work. They did wonders to my teeth. I also purchased Aquafresh white & shine toothpaste and uesd it before applying the strips. You're only supposed to use them twice a day for 30 minutes. It might burn by the time you're down to the last couple of strips, it happened to me, so I stopped using them. But they did whiten.

They do and you are supposed to use them daily for 7 days! However, be careful...they made my teeth really sensitive and I had to stop using them after 3 days. Waste of money on my part!
