i dont want a workout like yoga that will make me sleepy. but, i dont want a workout that will make me ache.

yoga is great for mind and body. to better answer yr question visit>>>

Buy yourself some 10-20 pounds of weightlift for home. I do them often while i watch tv and you wont even realize it that you've worked out.

Also, walking is a good workout. Just walk 1 mile a day. You wont sweat much and it is healthy for you.

Try doing The Firm I love it I feel energized after I do it. You see results after 10 workouts. I hope this helps.

Try a bellydancing video. You'll feel not tired but full of energy without the nasty ache and feeling like "you've worked out!"
