I've never been known to get pimples at any stage of my life, and yet this past week i've drank more Diet Pepsi than ever before and suddenly have three annoying pimples,
What makes this happen? What's in soda that would cause such a reaction?

Diet Pepsi contain a large amount of salt, caffeine, and artificial sweeteners and flavors which you could be allergic to.

Nothing is in soda that makes you break out. You are probably just getting to that age when they start happening. Pimples are hereditary and eventually they go away, but you can take some medicine to help clear yourself up. Go see a doctor or dermatologist and they can help you out.

Whatever it is, it hasn't had any effect on me!I live on Pepsi, and I don't have any pimples.

Soda does not make someone break out. Its probably stress, lack of washing your face, etc.
