No, but maybe its the medicine that you are taking for the sinus infection.

I don't know if it can do that, try looking on a medical website.
But BE CAREFUL, I once had a sinus infection that traveled (yes it can do that) and I ended up getting a stomache infection, this caused similar symptons as what you are experiencing, as well as severe dehydration...I hadto go to the hospital and get fluids through an IV.

No, a sinus infection doesn't cause diarrhea, however, they can have a common cause. For example, if you are allergic to milk you can get both symptoms. You should see a doctor.
