The LAST thing you want to be is anorexic. Anorexia isn't good for the body in the least.
You should probably work on your self-esteem a bit.
If you want to lose weight, talk to your doctor about a exercise and diet plan. He/she should be able to help you.

Anorexia means that you completely stop eating all toguether and its a very dangerous disease you can actually die from it! The way to lose weight is by cutting your calories and excersicing. Its gonna take some planning and hard work but you can definetly get the body that you want. And don't think of yourself as a fat slob think of all the good things and good people around you. If you think like that you're not going to last very long on this "project" of changing your body because after a few weeks you're just gonna be like I'm a fat slob anyway and eat whatever you want. Read up on emotional eating you'll see that most of the time you eat not because you're hungry but because you're sad or bored and that makes you feel better but there are other ways to feel better. Keep busy with excercise, healthy foods, and doin things you love and you'll see the pounds will just melt away. Good Luck!

Anorexic is NOT something you want to be. It's a serious disease and sometimes people die from it. Also, a lot of those really thin cleberties are TOO thin! Take it from a guy. Things should be in proportion and that's a little different for everyone. Also, most guys really aren't looking for the "thin as a rail" type.

Anyway, if you are unhappy with how you look there are any number of good weight loss programs out there for you to consider. A lot of people have had success with Weight Watchers but that's just one I happen to be familiar with. Start asking about those programs. You'll find the right road to where you want to be.

Oh no ya don't! Don't put yourself down like that first of all...I wanna know who's telling you that also! Anorexia can kill quickly! Dear .... take it from the fat lady herself (me of course) if you wanna change the way you look and feel....do it the right way...the only way that works. Portion control, exercise, and better food choices. It may take a while for you to see progress, but in the end chances are you'll keep it off if you lose the weight gradually!

Also, honey, why would you want to be a clone of someone else? Be proud of who you are! Celebrities get paid to look good...or what some perceive to be good looking.

Please throw out that notion you have of becoming anorexic!! Don't trade one disease for another!!

Best Wishes!

Don't become anorexic. Here is what has been working for me"
1. Breakfast- A bowl of cereal.
2. Lunch- A salad with light dresing. It tastes great with parmesaen cheese.
3. Supper- A good supper. Like a hamburger(no cheese) and baked french fries(no oil)
4. Go for walks!!
5. Good snacks are fat free croutons(They taste great) and fresh strawberries from the garden.

They are good healthy things that also taste good.

One of the most beautiful celebs I know is Queen Latifa. She is certainly not anorexic. One of the most famous anorexic celebs was Karen Carpenter. She is dead.
Learn to appreciate the wonderful person that you are. Adopt some healthy habits, but give yourself time to become the best person you can be. You are beautiful, and if you don't find the ability to appreciate the beauty that is in you, you won't be happy with yourself no matter what you weigh.

Don't become anorexic. Anorexia is a serious disease. I was watching TV yesterday and I came across Oprah. There was a man on there who used to weigh 773 pounds. He lost 500 pounds! If he lost 500 pounds with diet and exercise, YOU can lose weight the same way without becoming anorexic.

The celebrities are an impossible standard of beauty. Did you know that they have personal trainers that work with them hours and hours each day? Not only that, but they also have "fashion tricks" such as corsets and whatnot. It is much better to exercise and eat properly. Anorexia causes you to lose your period and your bone mass. You could die from it (just look at Karen Carpenter). It is better just to learn to embrace how you look -- in my opinion, all women have some sort of a beautiful characteristic. In fact, men prefer women with a bit of meat on their bones to a woman who is too skinny. It is simply not attractive. Women are supposed to have some fat so that they can have children without hurting themselves. Sweetheart, I am sure that you are beautiful! Don't hurt yourself to chase after an impossible standard.

Oh sure. So your hair can fall out. Your heart will shrink. Your skin will turn gray. Great look for anyone.

My advice - go see a professional nutritionist. They'll be able to get you on the right track. Keep a food diary (what you eat, how much, and when) for a week before you go. This way they can help you fine tune where you're weak.
