I've found some on ebay. Amazon and craiglist don't have what I'm looking for. Any suggestions?

(I'm looking for Simplicity 8393, the marilyn costume)

can non-hardening modeling clay be baked to make it permanently hard? Or is there any other way to make the clay hard? Freezing lasts until it gets warm again.

I've fallen in love with this wedding dress: http://www.davidsbridal.com/bridal_gowns_detail.jsp?stid=2288&prodgroup=127
Problem is i don't want to wear a sleeveless or see-through sleeve. I don't know how to sew, but the store will put a see-through sleeve on the dress for me, like this:
http://www.davidsbridal.com/accessory_detail.jsp?stid=2950&prodgroup=201
My question:
If I had the store do all the alterations and add the sleeves, could I go to a seamstress and have this sheer sleeve lined with plain white satin?
Or would I be better off buying the dress without the sleeves and going to a seamstress to completely add sleeves?

I found a cabled purse pattern that I really liked and it's something I'll use everyday. I picked out some Pattons cream-colored Merino wool yarn. I wasn't sure if the wool will eventually become felted from frequent use or not. I'm going to be putting a lot of time into the bag and I don't want it to become felted! Should I even use the yarn? or what should I use? I like the feel of the wool and I want the cables to really stand out and the purse to be soft too.

Hello,
Please can anyone tell me how much it costs to join creative Memories in the UK and what training is involved. Do you have to go to weekly meetings and reach certain sales targets?
Also if anyone knows of any other craft based businesses I could join selling from home, ie party plan or otherwise, i'd be very interested. Thank you :-)

I am considering starting a resin model, however this will be my first time doing so. I have assembled models in the past so this is not completly new. My question is this....Do resin models require glue? I know they require paint, but what kind of paint exactly?

Hey, I figured this would be a good place to ask.

It's so hard to find Alice in Wonderland stuff, so I've decided to take charge. I want to put a photo of Alice onto a wallet.

How would I go about applying a photo onto a wallet cover if it can't be ironed on?
