You can sometimes find items like these in model shops, as they are used in dollhouse size shop displays.
Cheaper, but less likely, are the kind toy shop displays given to children so they can play shop at home. Sometimes you find the boxes and items in a separate package to replace those lots when playing.
Flee markets and yard sales are often a good hunting ground.

You can also try e-bay or use google, I think you would look for miniature packaging, Jewelry supplies - soft drink cans, and so on.
