If you have bought a craft kit that was really good, please share with me because I am looking for some really cool craft kits.

I've seen some really great starting kits for very reasonable prices at Costco. The rubber stamping kits, marker kits, paper cutting systems, etc., are excellent. However, you didn't say if these craft kits were supposed to be for an adult or for children.

Try Tuesday Morning if you have one in your area. I was just at one today and they have a lot of kits -- trays and clocks to decorate, purses, and cross stitch pictures. Lots of scrapbook kits. And quite a number of craft kits for kids too.

I bought some great Christmas card kits. They come with the cards and envelopes and tons of cutouts and embellishments to add to the cards.

Here is a link for marymaxim. I've been dealing with them for many years and you can browse the catalogue on line or they will sent you one free of charge. They have lots of kits for knitting, crocheting and cross stitch and rugs. I am currently making a baby afghan from one of their kits. You get the yarn and pattern in a nice plastic zippered bag. Your order usually arrives in 5-6 days.
