I want to make some ornaments for a tree and it's going to be really bright colors to fit in with the colors in my dorm.. Like pink, kiwi, aqua... That sort!! But I want to make ornaments in those colors and lots of glitter that look store bought and not the usual homemade.. Anyone know where I can find instructions for chic handmade ornaments? Thanks in advance!

I am volunteering as a face painter for a Christmas work party and I need some ideas as to what is popular for kids 12 and under. I know there are several programs that are popular for kids right now, such as Dora the Explorer (if it still is) and other things of that nature, but I need more specifics.
If any of you have young children and know what cartoon characters, movies and television programs etc. your children enjoy the most, please give me some feedback. I appreciate it!

Is there any correlation to the herb of the same name ? I hate it when people selling consumer electronics or other non-numismatic items say it's in mint condition, when it never came from a mint. I want to be a smartass and ask if it comes in any other flavors.

I'm not allowed to use anything except edible food and the only thing that doesn't have to be food are the axles. I've been thinking of making the tires out of oreos but I don't know what to make the car out of. And the axles are going to be toothpicks. Please help me!

I know that sportscards after 1989 we're mass produced and they have an extreme amount of them. They were rare that's why they we're high in value. I have a ton of sure to be or already in the hall of fame rookie cards. How many years do you think it will take for them to be worth in the hundreds and thousands of dollars like the sportscards from the 1950's and 1960's? 1970's and 1980's were high in value too, however, not as much as the 50's and 60's. You can still get cards of good players from the 1990's for like 50 cents. When will they hit those big time dollar amounts as well?

Bit of a wierd one. I've been looking for a model tractor set metal or plastic for my father in law for ages and ages with no luck. I need like a ferguson or something, not a military tractor. He's a tractor mad Northern Irish farmer so this would be a good brownie point pressie for christmas.

Any one any idea where i'd get one. Website would be great.

Cheers
Andy

can anyone remember what it was called or who made it ?The set included ring blanks and pendant blanks and you would mix the coloured plastic and leave it to set. I can remember the smell quite clearly but am at a loss as to the name.

Alright, I am a horribly broke college student but I want to get all my friends something for christmas so I decided to make an exam survival kit. What are creative, but very cheap things, I could put in it?

Here are the things I've thought of so far:

1. Chocolate expresso beans
2. Homemade cookies
3. Mints
4. CD of study music
5. Coloring book/Suduko/Brain Teasers
6. Crayons
