We tried with rope to jiggle the tree, and it would move with the tree but it is still stuck. Fire dept not an option, any suggestions?

If you or any of your neighbors are good climbers and not afraid of heights, they can shinny up the tree and get it. If not, maybe you can nicely ask a koala to get it for you. (Kidding!) All frivolity aside, a call to a local landscaper that trims trees may be in order. They should have a ladder long enough to do the job.

tie a rope to an arrow and shoot the branch the plane is stuck on. Pull the rope back and forth to try to disloge the plane.

hmmm that's a tough one... you could always throw a football at it-- but then again you might break it. Hmmm. well i do know that if you throw a ball at it in the right angle there's always the chance it would fall out, but it may break... toughie. Well, good luck! i hope you get it out some way or another!
