I have a stuffed snowman and I would like to glue a small pinecone to his fuzy cloth hat. What kind of glue do you think would work best?

I want to make a paper lamp shade using a nautical map. (We have one but it's all ripped up!) Anyone out there ever made a paper lampshade? I know there are kits, etc available. Does anyone out there have any advice or opinions for me on this? Any special type of kit better than others? (Or should I avoid kits?) Thanks for your help!

He's into Transformers, JLA and X-Men, so I was thinking of something that incorporates a simple logo. It has to be small, though, so I can get it done before xmas and without him seeing it.

i brought some zippo lighter fluid but i think it is really crap the fuel is ronsonal and brought it from poundshop, when i strike the zippo it takes several attempts and there is lots of unburnt carbon is there carbon monoxide too help me out please ten point for best answer cheers

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make home-made Christmas ornaments? I love beads, glitter and anything that sparkles and shines... This is my first year in my new house and I thought it would be cute to make many of the Christmas ornaments, but I'm not very arts-n-crafty so I'm not sure where to start....

i found a great circular glass votive and a terra cotta planter/plate that would look great together.. however would epoxy (waterproof glue) and/hot glue gun be enough to keep the water inside, or do i have to keep looking for jars?? it looks SO much better w/ the votive and planter... =T
