where can i get wrapping paper with helicopters on it in NYC in time for the holidays?

I agree with Jillery Make it yourself. Look for a stamp of a helicopter in your local craft store( I must admit I've never seen one). You could also get a coloring book that has one in it and make a stencil of the picture. Draw your own and transfer it on to butchers paper enough times to cover the package you want to cover. This might be your best way to do it. It will give the personal touch, and make it more special and fun.
