How do you fold crepe streamer using 3 colors?

Most often you take the end of each color and have some one hold it and help while you just twirl the 3 together when it gets as long as you need ( and you don't have to twist tightly loose is good where it will drape) tear off and tape to corners or where ever you want it to decorate. continue this way till you have finished decorating.
