Is there a website that has archived all of T/S/Cs' free patterns published in every Vogue Knitting issue? This is the first thing I ever knitted, everyone loves them, and I'm afraid to knit it without the pattern - it'll be the top part of "Intolerable Cruelty," KNITTY, Fall, 2006. To iRoKnickt

if i frame them, only one side will be visible. i was thinking of transferring them to a 'stamp-friendly' type of paper, but dont know what that is as i've never needed to display stamps before.

I know that walmart had what I was looking for a couple of years ago in there toy section. and I would assume that a large hobby /model store would as well but there are none around here any more to look. I have seen the McFarlane stuff but it's not exactly what I'm looking for...trying to find something bigger than that...about a foot or so tall....

I trace the pattern on the fabric, cutted them out. The fabric fray so sereverly. I am afraid to touch it or move it so much, since it will fray more and faster. What can I do to stop the fraying.

what function on my simple cheap sewing machine I can use, to help stop the fray.

No stop-fray glue pls, I already took the risk and result is no good.

The cups have the distintive design which I saw on the tie Lord Wedgwood has on in an article. Some info leads me to their age as being 1840-1845. They are markedWedgwood&Barlaston of Etruria. made in England. Across the bottom of labeling is DRURY LANE. The design on them is so clear and flawless. It is a lemon and a plum colored fruit maybe a plum, the two appear to be on the same vine of green leaves. I know from the article I found that the name Wedgwood is known for fine china and personal design which is always hand initialed mine have MB and are numbered 4 and I have six of them. Martha Washington George Washington wife was an owner of this company also.
