does any one know any websites on how to make 5 to 6x cloths?

i want to make skirts and shirts and dress for a friend who wears a 5x - 6x cloths.

I don't know of any right now,but I will continue to look and will email you. I just wanted to tell you I think you must be a very kind and thoughtful person and must be an excellent friend.
