Go to www.replacements.com. You can search on various manufacturers. They also have an email address that you can send details and pictures of the plate to. They can usually help you identify the set it came from and what it is worth. They also purchase items if you are wanting to part with it.

Do a search on Ebay for Favorite Bavaria, plate. Several auctions come up. Check on closed auctions and open ones.

If you go to www.replacements.com they'll be able to tell you what they're worth by telling you how much it would cost to replace them. My mom's china was destroyed in a fire & I sent them a picture of a piece of it to them & they were able to identify it & give me prices on replacement pieces for insurance pieces. Or you can check out the antique roadshow, or a local antique dealer.

You'll need to get a book on plate markings.
