Where online can I learn to read sewing patterns? (I want sth direct, pls)
I don't have money to go to sewing class (continuing ed, leisure course). I did took one before, but it just doesn't work for me, afterward, I still can't work indenpendently on a pattern.
And I don't have anyone (family members, relatives, others), who knows sewing, who I can ask.

I know a little sewing, I always wish to sew some simple clothing for myself, I mean real simple.

But the thing is, I brought the patterns, but I don't understand the instructions. I don't know how to read sewing patterns and their instructions. So overwhelm by all those words all over the patterns. And it's hard to understand sth 'visual and graphical' when they explain by writing.

Are circular knitting needles measured in inches from point to point, or just by the flexible part that connects the two needles?

I am trying to figure out the length of a small set of Clover Takumi 10 1/2 that I own (and no longer have the case). From end to end it measures 17.3 inches. Just the flexible part measures about 10 inches.

Thanks!

I make wood hang up items. I cut the item out on my scroll saw, sand it, paint it, and finish it with a clear coat. I spend many hours making sure each project is perfect. My problem is that i don't know how much to charge people for the items they want. I don't want to over charge like most craft items usually are but i don't want to rip myself off either!!! I can't figure it out by how much the materials cost cause i buy 10' boards, and bottles of paint.....which i can make numerous items out of each. PLEASE HELP ME soon cause i have my first craft show coming up!!!!!!

Thank You!!

I have a few chocolate boxes (minus the chocolates) with stamps from all over the world filled inside that my dad gave me. Some are really old. I want to store them in a stamp album so I can look at them and organize them according to the countries. No one seems to collect stamps anymore, not even the post office has these albums. I am desperate in finding one.
