Contact the supplier, if they don't give you a satisfactory answer then send it back and demand money back that you paid for P&P. Bear this experience in mind when you are next tempted to buy something from Bid Up TV as I've heard other people also have bad experiences with them.

Send it back or tell them it doesn't work properly. You should find they'll refund your money and you get to keep the item. If you know the manufacturer, try their website or telephone them.

Send it back you have a 14 days cooling off period.
