I know that band. They aren't my favourite thats for sure. The vocals is too whiney. Although the fact that they are south african is a plus.

Band Writeup
In the latter years of the 1990’s, a phenomenon called ‘pop punk’ started to surface its infectious and irrepressible head. No longer the skinhead punk rock of the safety pinned 70’s but a friendlier, happier, less serious type of punk rock. A type of punk music that allowed all types of people to get down and dirty.

Enter Tweak. 4 boys with the right ideas, attitude, talent and conviction to change the face of South African music as we knew it, and breathe new life into its sagging lungs.

Tweak Odyssey

Garth Barnes, Chris Brink, Mike Stott and ex drummer who didn’t last long at all, enter a school talent contest. They perform 3 covers in front of an audience of 1500 people. They enjoy it, the crowd enjoys it. Easy as that. They decide to start a band. It’s every teenage boys dream, and a good way to pick up girls as well. Not even a glimmer in the eyes of the audience, a wrestling, bouncing, thrashing little baby band is born. Screaming and covered in after birth. It’s the start of something beautiful.

Chris Brink and Dylan Belton together with brothers Garth and Brendan Barnes, complete the line up for this power-pop band originating from Johannesburg, South Africa. During their almost 7 years of existence, Tweak have exploded from a high-school-talent-show-dare-band, into a formidable rock act that managed to independently achieve Gold status in a country with virtually no demographic for Rock music.
