I know that there's the Cropper Hopper and the wire cubicles. But I am actually looking for something unique. It does not necessarily have to be something you can purchase, it can be something that you came up with. Thanks!

I am working on a boucle blazer and I do not own a serger. Since this fabric ravels just by looking at it, I am thinking of using bias tape to put around the seams. Are there any better methods that might be faster or cheaper?

The last time I built a model car was almost 10 years ago and I did;nt even finish the damn thing. It's my favourite hobby, what the hell, I might be to worried about the ending results not being the what I wanted or expected. I dont want to suck at something I like.

Are there any household, everyday objects I can use to make small holes (about a millimeter in diameter) in plastic objects? I want to turn them into charms. I don't have a screwdriver, and I doubt there are any screwdrivers with drills that small anyway.

I work for an afterschool program for three hours a day, however, we are to follow a curriculum of sorts involving activities, crafts, science, nutrition etc. The ages range from 1st to 5th graders. I am looking for new ideas or websites that can lead me in the right direction. The program I work for has limited resources and money to provide, so the ideas should not cost too much. We do have some supplies for crafts and games on site, but any ideas would be helpful. This is my first year being in charge of planning the activities, and to be honest I could use some help. So if there is anyone out there who has children or works with children and has knowledge of things they enjoy, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
