go on ebay or maybe coin dealers they might be able to help you there

Go to your phone book and look up coin dealers. Also check around to see if there are any coin clubs in your area. Remember wheat cents minted after 1940 are not worth much. An exception is the 1955 double die, it will stick right out, so you would know if you have one.
