im really into like the "greaser" look and im really intrested in stuff from 1940-1960
and i would love to decorate my room with old photo's and poasters and records.
dose any one know where i can find some of those iteams cheap then if i were to buy a replica?
please help, im really excited about changing my room.

For old vinyl albums and 45s,try the Salvation army and Goodwill thrift stores. They might also be a good place to find 50s style lamps and other small furniture items. Keep your eyes open for estate sales and auctions...sometimes older people have collected things for years and when they die their relatives want to get rid of all that old stuff and it might go pretty cheap. Garage sales are another good place to check. I found a great old 50s lamp complete with the two part parchment shade that is very 50s and at this garage sale it was only $1. At an antique shop it probably would have been more than $50.

look at flea markets and garage sale, some of the recycled shops --Sally's Army, St Vincent De Paul Society, Goodwill, also talk to your older relatives.

flea markets. garage sales wont help much, you'll just end up wasting gas. or try eBay. hope this helps.
