I am out of vegetable oil, which I would use to put in the pan for grease, so I was wondering if I could use olive oil instead. If you know the answer, please answer this question.

i know nothing is as good as homemade but sometimes you want to make something fast and cheep. Or maybe you just have a craving. So...back to my question. If anyone has ever tried these boxed cheesecake kits how are they? Ive done some price comparing and noticed these are cheaper than the sara lee cheesecakes in the frozen foods isle.

I have really bad stomach problems...been to the emergency last night, so...
No milk
No fried food
Avoid fatty/greasy foods

(I'm 120 lbs, I eat healthy all the time, but my stomach still gives me problems. I don't eat any meat other than chicken and some fish)
I usually do waffles with 2-3 fruits in the morning, or wheat cereal w milk, or scrambled eggs)

My step mum is on a new diet and one of the foods recommended is fortified oats. I've asked in Holland and Barrett but they haven't heard of them and after a useless websearch all I've come up with is pet food suppliers. Maybe someone knows of some brand name that makes them that I've just overlooked? My step mum thanks all answerers in advance.

I just bought a (big wholesale) packet and have been eating them, until my brother commented that they were unroasted. I thought they would be a cheap healthy choice for a snack. Are they safe to eat?

Lately, anything that I eat that is spicy seems to make my throat and chest burn. I used to eat incredibly spicy things, but I haven't had a taste for that ever since I started eating healthier. months ago.

Now, it burns! IT BURNS!

What's going on?
