rinds are the natural trim (skin, fat and some of the outter layer of meat ) . as the krackels are the flavor product with addatives such as corn, soy, wheat, and any other grain-meal that will take the flavor of the by-product (rinds ) and therefore the healthy becomes the most obscured nutrition (again) stick to the natural at least if you get sick you'll know where it comes from !!
yes ,there is a big diffrence stick to the (natural) rinds they're the best !!

Yes. Nothing like a case of bud with about four bags of the hottest pork rinds know to man and a rocking chair. I have to have a rocking chair so it looks like I'm driving while I'm drinking. It's against the law to drink and drive a vehicle, ain't it?

When you prepare a dish called lamb medallions you need the pork rinds to wrap it and grilled or panfried to medium rare and sliced it like a medallion and serve it with flavoured brown sauce and mint sauce aside. Pork crackling is not in my menu.

Pork rind are just deep fried boiled pork skins. Crackiln's are pork skins with the fat left on them and fried. Pork rinds are really fluffy and light tasting. Cracklin's can be hard but if thet are good ones they have a nice crunch and nice fluffed fat layer.

I like the hot flavor (barbecue but hot), but to me the difference is that the cracklings is just like the skin cause it's hard, the rinds are crunchy and light. You can make them out of chicken skin too. Really good.
