I am trying to more healthy that way I can lose a few pounds before school starts. My question to you is can you name off a few foods that I could eat and which ones on my list are bad and good. Thanks
Normally this is what I eat, only one off the list not all of it at one time but these are the choices i pick from everyday
BREAKFAST::*Blueberry Bagel
*Blueberry Pancakes
*Cinnamon Waffles
*Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal (dont wanna eat everyday cause it makes you use bathroom lol)
LUNCH::*Pizza
*Salad w/cheese & ranch dressing
*Yougurt,Carrots,Granola Bar
*Chicken fries, fries
*Chicken Flavored Rice
DINNER::
*Tacos
*Chicken, Mashed Potatoes,Corn, Mac N Cheese, Green beans, peas
*Hot dog, Hamburger (grilled)
*Spaghetti
I am about 5'3 if that helps
