Just wondering. Can you use polenta with anything you would use rice or pasta? I have never had it before, does it have much of a flavor? What are the best ways to cook it? Some easy recipies would be nice :) Thanks!

Do you need to do anything before eating it? Like... peeling it? Are there any special things I have to know first? Is it like an apple where you can eat almost all of it or something?

All seafood tastes different, but most of it (like prawns, muscles, fish) shares a strange aftertaste that lots of people don't like. What is it about seafood that creates this?

What are your thoughts on Racheal Ray? I am aware that she's a cook and not a chef, but what do you truly think of her. Her iron chef america appearance, her show(30 minute meals), and overall her personaliy.

MY smokes where am at just now are about 65p the pack o 20, how the F*^k can the UK justify adding so much onto a packet o fags, most places i work are cheap as hell even around Europe it's cheaper than the UK, how the hell would the UK economy survive if smoking was banned altogether, the gov. would get f*^k all what then charge tap water at £3 a pint that'll be next.

I like sardines but the last few years all I have been able to get is the large sardines, 3 or 4 to the can. What I would like to find out is, are there any companies that still sell the tiny sardines. Those were the best. Thanks in advance for your time and information.
