you know what i dont get?.... Wendys! if they say "Fresh, never frozen beef" then how do they keep the beef good and cooled over night? i just dont get it......unless they refridgerate it.... yuck

What is the main component of red meat that makes it taste so good? Is it the blood? Does the blood and juices combine or individually change their chemical composition to create that steaky flavor we carnivores all love? Is it just the overall combo of the cooked proteins, iron in the blood, A-1 sauce, lol, etc?

My favorite is boars head. I got the black forest turkey. I didn't like the precooked flavor. (tasting like shredded thanksgiving turkey.) I used to eat ham sandwhiches all the time but i recently stopped eatinf pork and miss the juicy deil meat like my ham was.

ive always been told all my life that once you thaw something that was frozen, you shouldn't re-freeze it again. but the other day someone told me that they re-freeze stuff all the time and nothing has ever come of it. so what is the original reason they say not to re-freeze after thawing?

How can you tell if chicken is good/done after its been cooked? I know you can tell if its done before you cook it due to color/smell. But is there any way to tell after its been cooked? Will it taste funny? Or taste normal?
