Cherries and nectarines, both 10 out of 10 but depends on what kind of mood I am in.

I was in my country many years ago when I was talking to a coach driver about the fruits grown there. Suddenly he stopped the coach and disappeared for a while and came back with 2 buckets full of cherries! And guess what he paid for the 2 buckets - 2 roubles which then would have been about 2 pence!!!!!! They were shared around the bus!

I am still not sick of them, though I did get sick of plums - probably the novelty of being able to pick and eat from the tree and them not being ripe might have been a contributary factor!

Bananas --
Bananas are one of our best sources of potassium, an essential mineral for maintaining normal blood pressure and heart function. A banana a day may help to prevent high blood pressure and protect against hardening of the arteries.
Potassium may counteract the increased urinary calcium loss caused by the high-salt diets typical of most Americans, thus helping to prevent bones from thinning out at a fast rate.

The kind of fruits that I like best are those rich in anti-oxidant properties. Like blueberries, cranberries, strawberries and other kind of berries. Also, plums and gala apples.
