Why not just an ice cream cone. Or make your own variety of the new waffle bowl by breaking up a waffle cone in a bowl and topping it with ice cream and chocalate syrup. Leave the pancake flour for a meal when you have eggs and could make crepes with it.

Not much. The best you could do would be to take the pancake flour and make waffles out of it. Then top with ice cream and chocolate syrup. Then you could melt the butter, add the brown sugar and make a caramel and pour that over the ice cream too. Happy cooking!

to make your "recipe" work u might need something else that isn't dry but u could make a very interesting icecream cone.
p.s. please use spaces or comas either would work
