Scurvy could be the result, so, yes it could.

You do need some fruit and veg, although not as much as some people would have you believe.

There's a huge amount of misinformation about "good diet" around.

Starch is the real enemy. Not meat and not fat. for example: The worst thing for you about a quarter pound cheeseburger with everything is the bun and the fries. Without that stodge, it's a perfectly good meal.

You could always get the equivalent vitamins in other food. What I would worry about is what you are doing for a snack instead of eating that stuff. If you are substituting french fries or mashed potatoes for vegetables and candy bars instead of fruit for sweets that is a worse problem. Those alternatives can harm you right up into obese.

Yes provided you do not eat or take something that provides you with the various vitamins and minerals that are in fruits and vegetables. Honestly though, I would just eat your fruits and veggies. It is easier to get the nutrients that way, your body uses them more efficiently when they are natural and not synthetic, and you will find some that you will like a lot and may become close to your favorite food if not your favorite.

Well, it's obviously a proven fact that there are nutrients in those things that we all need. Just because we don't feel the effects right now doesn't mean it's not hurting our bodies. Our organs need certain things to function correctly and without it we are surely shortening the life span of these organs. At least take a multi-vitamin to supplement what your not getting.

Our bodies are designed to "run" on fruits and vegetables.

Imagine a car that requires gas and oil, if you don't give it gas and oil, it won't run. But of course, gas and oil cars suck, but I just used that as an example.

The more fruits and veggies you eat will reflect on your overall health.

Ever seen a "sick" vegetarian?

Absolutely. This robs you of a lot of essential things not found in meat and dairy. Plus, it eliminates carbohydrates from your diet, mostly, which contrary to what fad diets tell you, YOUR BRAIN NEEDS TO WORK.

You wont get:
little if any fiber
Vitamin A
Any vitamin Bs
Vitamin C

And, you'll probably gain a lot of weight in addition to the health effects this will cause, like scurvy, jaundice and constipation.

Yes, if your diet completely lacks fruit and vegetables in any form, you will suffer severe malnutrition. apart from constipation from lack of fibre, you will also experience scurvy. Long term lack of fibre may also be linked to colon cancer.
