Usually just ketchup and mustard. BUT, let me tell you about a hot dog I had at the Boston Hot Dog Comapny in Salem Massachusetts last Fall. It was a kosher hot dog with saurerkraut, shredded cheese and thousand island dressing on it. Yummo! OMG, this was the best unique, hot dog I ever had.
