well, it depends on the size of the hamburger, but take a double cheeseburger from mcdonalds...my fiance could eat about eight or nine of them...more if he could puke in between haha....he's got an appetite on him. He also would have a stomach ache afterward.

Where are you from? I am American, I live in the UK, but I would say it has nothing to do with stomach drive, but possibly hunger? If I go to McDonald's I eat two cheeseburgers, because they are my favorite. If I am at home and I cook some burgers on the grill, again I might eat two, but more likely one. I don't usually order burgers at a sit down place. I have never been to an eating contest, which is what I assume you are asking?

ok. so check this out. my husband is from Michoacan, Mexico but is technically an American by citizenship (has lived here for over 20 years). He used to be able to scarf down a good 5 burgers in about an hours' time. And these burgers were about 7 inches wide and about 4 inches high. I have no idea how he could've possibly accomplish such a feat, but he did. Needless to say, he didn't feel too good afterward.

I can usually only eat one small one or part of a whopper from burger king, I usually end up giving it to the dog, I just dont' have a big appetite like I used to.
