A lot of fruit goes great with beef and chicken on the bbq. We sometimes have kabobs and add pineapple to it. We also have grilled peaches with pork chops. We include apples and grapes in regular lettuce salads.

If you don't want to eat fruits, then may i suggest you drink fruit juices like orange, apple, mango juice, etc. You can also take multivitamins, which is a good way to substitute fruits, especially if you think you are lacking in vitamins.
