The risk is miniscule. All hens are vaccinated - see the box. I have been eating soft boiled eggs since the age of three and I never had a problem (44 now - though feel whole lot older!! Lol.) Let the child enjoy his egg and soldiers - which are half the fun!

It is for certain that eggs are healthy but if your child is under one it is best just to give them the yolks of a boiled egg as young children can have an intolerance to the whites this caused by the albumen in the egg whites, my son is 10 months and we gave him eggs around 8 months as he was fine with the yolks and he came out in hives and a rash on his face caused by the egg whites. We have been advised by the doctor not to give him egg whites and to try him on them after he is one to see if the intolerance has gone as most children grow out of it.

It would depend on the age of the child. I grew up eating soft boiled eggs (one of my favorite ways to eat them). I would recommend checking with their pediatrician as well to see what they say.

Once children are over six months you can give them hard egg yolk.
Once over nine months they can have hard-cooked white as well.
Up until around three years, they shouldn’t be given runny parts of the egg at all, to avoid any chance of salmonella

I grew up eating soft-boiled eggs and they never made me sick so I'd say it should be safe.

well you have to tell them to bite in small piece and eat slowly, tell them don't put the whole eggs inside the mouth, and give them a glass of water incase they got chocked.

as long as they are from a popular store and deshelled, they're safe.
our dogs eat ours after easter and so do other family members dogs are fragile like children, so i'd say they're fine.
plus they wont hurt their mouth on them being soft.
