They won't make you sick. Unless just sick from the taste of a little freezer burn. But not hospital-sick. They were frozen the whole time, just some moisture got in and made ice crystals which happen to have the taste of other foods in the freezer. No food-borne illness problem there.

Okay...This is what you do...
1. Check to see if there is a whole bunch of ice crystals on it...like a lot...
2. Smell it. Does it smell freezer burnt? You'll know, even if you have never smelled it before. If it smells terrible, that's freezer burnt!

In either one of these cases, don't eat it.

I don't think it will make you sick, it will just taste gross, since you did still have it in the freezer...

Hope this helps.

They probably won't make you sick but they're gonna be NASTY tasting. They have freezer burn. Like leaving something in the fridge and it gets that taste of whatever else is hanging around in there, but with the freezer it's coolants and that nasty frozen, old water taste. Dump 'em.

As long as they were in the freezer they should be okay pending if you opened the bag or you bought form the store that way and they were not defrosted and refrozen.

it depends is there a thick layer of frost over them? even so they're ok to eat they might taste a little more watered down just make sure to put some aluminum foil under them and (dull side down) and it should help evaporate the water before it soaks into your food. or if you have a wire rack to put them on that will help lessen the sogginess too

I'm thinking you meant wide open. If you opened the bag and they stayed frozen, I think you are fine. If you are not sure how the bag was opened, then no, I wouldn't eat them.
