Yes,of course and if you`re feeling a little more adventurous,try to get some in their shells and shell them.Also try sun-flower seeds,their also good for you and a nice snack.

Better than roasted. They dont have added salt and fat. Monkeys eat them. We have them all the time. We're okay. Enjoy your nuts.
