I have really bad stomach problems...been to the emergency last night, so...
No milk
No fried food
Avoid fatty/greasy foods


(I'm 120 lbs, I eat healthy all the time, but my stomach still gives me problems. I don't eat any meat other than chicken and some fish)
I usually do waffles with 2-3 fruits in the morning, or wheat cereal w milk, or scrambled eggs)

There is the activia yougurt yo u can eat and that is supposed to help with degisting foods and regualting the digestive system, so that might help your stomach a little bit, but bagels are good for you, eggs, toast, instead of milk try cereal like specail k or something iket hat with soy milk, that might help your stomach too. I have stomach problems too. I like a bowl of grits for breakfast. It seems to go and stay down easy without me in pain. Quaker Oats makes little individual serving packets of it. I love 'em.

Do not eat your usual! Just have dry toast with some tea. Wait about an hour or so to make sure that your tummy can handle that. Then have a banana.

You could try Yogurt. (I know you said no milk but you used milk in what you usually eat 's description) So Yogurt, Strawberries, Blueberries, OJ and a Granola Bar.
