yes, salmon and other cold water fish is fatty. that is the kind you want.

research good fats vs. bad fats. don't starve your body of fat, it will hate on you.

don't eat a bunch of junk carbs with your salmon and veggies and you'll be fine.

If you look at salmon filets in the market you won't see much fat on the meat but what fat they do have is the good kind as they are a cold water fish lots of good omega 3's in them, eskimo tribes dry them out and use them like currency among others to get different things.
