I still really enjoy stickin' my dog on a willow branch, and roasting it over a camp fire...can't beat that, smothered with anything!

The best restaurant hot dog I've ever had was at this place in Canada, and I've eaten hot dogs in every major city in North America:

They have a French name to give it that gourmet appeal. 'Le Chien Chaud' in English simply means 'The Hot Dog'!

I love hot dogs! I'm not too fussy about how they are cooked, each different way is interesting- charcoal grilled, pan fried, boiled., on those roller things at convenience stores... all good. My favorite toppings are yellow mustard and raw onions. 2nd favorite topping is cheese & chili. Sauerkraut is good, too. When I buy a hot dog at a dog or horse show I always ask for the most "done" one. These all are with a bun or some kind of bread. Now hot dogs ( no bun) and some tasty baked beans is delicious as is a good corn dog!

I hate boiled hot dogs and that to me ruins a good dog.

Cooking hot dogs on a stick over an open campfire is just a survival method, otherwise I don't cook my hotdogs that way.

I like my hotdogs cooked in a frying pan with butter, or on a grill. I like to have my hotdogs split a few times along the side before throwing them in the frying pan. I also like to brown my hot dog rolls in the same pan with the frying dogs. I also love my hot dogs cooked on a barbecue.

I love beef hot dogs the best, and chicken hot dogs second. Everything else I tend to avoid.

1. I never put ketchup on a hot dog (only on freedom fries).

2. I love mustard & sweet relish on all my hot dogs.

3. I also like unusual toppings like: sauerkraut, or cheese, or diced onions or baked beans on my properly fried hotdogs.

I love 100% beef hot dogs. The cooking method determines the toppings.
Boiled/steamed = mustard + chili + cheese
Fried/BBQ = relish or sauerkraut (depending on what's available) + ketchup + mustard

I enjoy a good hot dog. I prefer the ones with a skin on them and my favorite toppings are mustard, onion and relish.
They are best when cooked on the grill until they're start to brown (almost black!)

I like 100% all kosher beef hotdogs. The best hotdogs on planet earth are sold at costco, and I've treid all the so-called "gourmet" hotdogs from elsewhere. Nothing compares to the dogs at the costco food court! I like them with honey mustard, nothing else. I hate sourcrout on them.

I like hotdogs done on the bbq or George Foreman grill. I love it with ketchup, mustard, relish pickles and cheese....but my most favorite hotdog topping has to be chili con carne...yum!
