My daughter will be turning 5 yrs old this month and has a problem with any foods or beverages that produce flatulence. She cannot drink out of straws or any bottle with lid you have to suck out of. She cannot have any dairy, red meat, corn, bread, apples, citrus, bannanas, and other foods. I have been sticking with alot of soy products, salads fish and fowl. I am running out of ideas and she has slowly stopped eating everything. I live in a small town and cannot find any specialty grocery stores. If there is a website anyone knows of that I can order from that would be nice. If not I will accept any good ideas for foods I can make or buy to help my daughter eat more.

I was extremely reactive to commercial dairy and gave it up for over 10 years. I missed it desperately. A friend suggested I try RAW milk and dairy, and I was so skeptical that I actually drank my first glass of it in the parking lot of the hospital, to be prepared in case I had a reaction. I was fine, and now consume raw milk, butter, and cheese as a staple in my diet. There are many cow share programs and local food co ops where you can get raw milk. I am wondering if anyone else has had the same results with raw dairy?

I was in a supermarket the other day and I saw cocoa, drinking chocolate among other things. I see in recipes sometimes for cocoa powder, sometime drinking chocolate and I began to wonder, what is the difference?

I just saw that 15 year old girl, who weighs 25 stone, in the paper and how much she ate in a day. It's totally disgusting.

I had cereal for breakfast, numerous cups of tea throughout the day WITHOUT sugar

1/4 packet of digestives and a cup of tea for elevenses

Pastrami in a seeded half baguette and 1 packet of crisps for Lunch

Faggott, mash and peas a mango and a glass of Vimto at teatime.

1 bottle of beer and 1 packet of crisps at 10 o'clock.

Surely that's enough for anyone - I'm 6ft 1" and 11st.

I am trying to keep track of my calorie intake to get into a really healthy routine and pick out areas i could cut back on.

My main problem seems to be my fruit intake. If I have an apple, bananna, satsumma, maybe some grapes etc then I am taking in huge amounts of calories. Should i cut back on these and if so how can I get the good nutrients.

Im not eating chocolate, crisps or sweets and have pretty healthy meals eg small amounts of pasta, whole grain stuff but still am going over my recomended calorie amount.

Please help i need healthy diet advice

These Tootsie Rolls are not "Midgies" (much smaller) or the large cigar-sized candies - they are about the length and width of a cigarette and I would like to buy them in bulk. Tootsie Roll makes a candy assortment called "Child's Play" that includes these, Tootsie Rolls in smaller and larger sizes and Dots candies. The "Child's Play" assortment is usually available in the Fall for Halloween, but I'm just looking for the mid-size Tootsie Rolls and not all the other candy. Thanks.
