ex: cereal or bacon & eggs for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, meat and potatos for supper, it occurs to me that it is kind of silly tradition & I am sure that it has not always been that way. Anyone have any ideas?

I can't rightfully recall the name, but remember that the cereal had mini ice cream cones.

Last night I ate a bowl of Captain Crunch: Crunch Berries and had a "EUREKA"/"NO DUH!" moment when I realized how much Crunch Berries remind me of Smurf Berries. Wondering if anyone knows if Smurf Berry Crunch was affiliated with Captain Crunch.

Yes, I know there are more relevant questions, but I am at work and bored.

Some products are labeled polska kielbasa, others smoked sausage, and they come in beef, turkey and "standard" varieties which seems to include a bit of beef, pork and maybe turkey, too. But what makes them distinct, and thus labeled differently?

So I recently moved out of the dorms, out of my parents house, and into a place of my own. Its great! The only problem is that when I lived at home, the groceries were there for all 5 of us, and dinner was cooked the same way. At school, I could just go to the cafeteria and get whatever I needed. Now, I have to grocery shop by myself, which isnt a problem, i've grocery shopped before, but I have to do it for only one person, myself. Not many stores sell groceries for a just one person, it usually comes in family sizes, etc. If i buy eggs, i buy a dozen and unless I make an effort to eat eggs everyday, they'll go bad. Same with lettuce, and most other things that are healthy. I was hoping to hear some suggestions from people who live by themselves on how they grocery shop for just themselves. Any tips would be greatly appreciated...

I personally feel that it's the way you prepared the food. If you fry that chicken in canola oil instead of corn or vegetable you'll be fine. Prepare those greens with smoke turkey. Can't say how you make mac-and cheese healthy. Just don't eat soul food every Sunday and you'll be fine.

I love Extra Virgin olive oil, but can the average person actually taste the differences in oils made from different olives? I can;t tell the difference, even though the bottles say they are made from different olives.

Any ideas/info?
