YUM! And none of that low fat or ff stuff either!

I was making a casserole the other night that called for sour cream, and my 3 year old son was "helping" me. He saw me add it to the bowl and thought it was yogurt and asked for some. I was leery because I figured he'd spit it out. But, I gave him a small spoonful of it and he ate it and asked for more! He ended up eating about a tablespoon total, and was STILL asking for more. Yep, guess he inherited his old ma's love for sour cream. :D I could seriously sit and eat a container of it with a spoon...

You should try my homemade sour cream, made from thick raw cream straight from my cow. Absolutely off the hook good, and great with fresh from the garden garlic chives. Have you ever tried a twice baked potato? Scoop out most of the potato (after baking) leaving a little bit for a shell. Mash up the rest with butter, chives, sour cream, and cheese, refill potato and bake again until hot and cheese is melted. Too good!

Dear, sour cream is a good choice ( of course, the preparation could vary, as some put in it a little white yogurt to make it lighter) or adding mayonnaise. As a base, the sour cream is perfect condiment and depending on other ingredients I like to combine it with little herbs..

Enjoy your lunch!

I always ask for a side dish of sour cream for my french fries when I'm in a restaurant. Most wait staff find it odd, but I like it better than ketchup.

I love sour cream! In fact, that question reminded me that I needed to come up with something for dinner and wondered why I had 2.5 containers of SC in the fridge. So it's Swedish meatball night! Thanks for curing my dinner problem!
