You can buy candy, chips, ect on a food stamp card so I don't see why you can't buy Slim Fast on a food stamp card.

This is a good question. I want to say yes however, I have a feeling that as a taxable food item it cannot be purchased with food stamps. Like many other food type items that aren't covered in the guidelines. Ask a store employee to check for you many are discrete about these matters. What is the worst thing that could happen they say no it isn't, the best would be yes. Wishing you luck in this matter.

You can buy any food item that you find in your standard grocery store with a food stamp card unless it is ready made food from the deli or something similar like a fast food item.
