I just saw that 15 year old girl, who weighs 25 stone, in the paper and how much she ate in a day. It's totally disgusting.

I had cereal for breakfast, numerous cups of tea throughout the day WITHOUT sugar

1/4 packet of digestives and a cup of tea for elevenses

Pastrami in a seeded half baguette and 1 packet of crisps for Lunch

Faggott, mash and peas a mango and a glass of Vimto at teatime.

1 bottle of beer and 1 packet of crisps at 10 o'clock.

Surely that's enough for anyone - I'm 6ft 1" and 11st.

Your diet is not particulalrly healthy - you only managed two portions of fruit and veg yesterday - anyway lecture over I consumed:
A glass of hot water with lemon
one actimel
a banana and tea with one sugar
A spinach and olive pizza (thin crust)
1/3 of a slice of chocolate cake (shared with 2 others)
1/2 bottle wine
1 irish coffe
1 boiled egg
1 mini pitta
1 glass apple juice
1 packet raisins

The amount people eat now is disgusting. I love to cook and try different things.

Yesterday I was out and about and met a friend.

I had a croissant for breakfast.

As we met for much we shared a pizza and I had 2 small shandys.

Dinner was a prawn salad, with homemade coleslaw, potato salad and fresh crusty bread.

I'm doin weight watcher at the moment so here goes:-

breakfast - 30g cheerios with 150ml skimmed milk
cup of tea with one sugar.
1 banana.

lunch - i ham salad wrap.
2 sml apples.
1 sml hot chocolate

dinner - 150g mash with 1tbsp low fat yogurt mixed in.
large portion of cooked carrots.
2 tesco's low fat sausages.
one large orange.

yummy.
