Honeycrisp apples are THE BEST. I just had one for the first time this summer and I can't wait until they are back. They are a red/yellow blend. And a meal in themselves. Delicious.

Cameo is my favorite apple. It's crisp and moderately sweet, and has a pretty red, blush pink and yellow color mix.
So good with almond or peanut butter, or just plain.
