handful of ice cubes

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blender until smooth.

1 banana
4 ice cubes
1tbsp sugar (optional)
1/8 c milk

place in blender and frappe until smooth enjoy!!

ok heres what i do

2 bananas
1 sm container of strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup of milk
then for that extra "wow" factor, 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup.
put all in a blender and mix until smooth!!

its not much but who doesn't like strawberries & chocolate!!!
chocolate covered bananas are a favorite also, this goes over very well with my kids.

one cup of frozen fruit, two small tubs of yogurt, two ounces of protein soy powder,
(or 2 ounces of slim fast strawberry or chocolate powder drink mix,)
2 cups 2% MILK, plus two small banana's, put in a blender drink half and save the rest for a snack, taste is great and no weight problems.

banana, ice, vanilla flavored yougurt, juice (apple, orange), honey and vanilla flavoring. He can work with the amounts until he gets it the way he wants

i just put banana, milk, sweetener, vanilla and cinnamon in blender. it doesnt contain that many calories and fat.
