If I drink a glass of kool-aid right before bed, I'm bound to be awake for a little while due to the massive amount of sugar. But what about artificial sweeteners? As substitutions for the real thing, do they still keep you awake and give you an artificial "sugar high?" Thanks 8^!

I am wondering what the UK thinks of McDonalds, one of the largest USA companies that due to it's great taste and excellent value, can be found all over the world? What's your favorite thing on the menu and do they have fish and chips there? And are you glad that you have McDonalds, considering that British food isn't very good to begin with?

Thanks!

My last box of cereal is about one month old, but if I don't eat anything I'm probably going to be hungry. Unfortunately, I left the bag containing the cereal partially open during this time and I am wondering if it could be moldy or bug infested by now. Thanx!

I have been grooming dogs for 4 years. Today, I groomed a dog named Scooter, a Lhasa Apso. In the past, I tried to reach into the cage to pick him up before he was set to go home. I knew he was cage shy because he started smiling at me. So I got a temporary lead to put around his neck and I had a scare. He tried to bite my hand off. When I succeeded in pulling him out with the lead, he attacked again, missing my hand by inches. I was sad and upset at the same time.

Today, I groomed Scooter with no problem. The only thing different was that I didn't put him in the cage...I groomed him straight through. Scooter was a perfect dog and didn't bite me at all.

What was up with that?

For future reference, please give me an answer in how to take out a cage shy dog. Thanks!

I bought a 2L bottle of fruit punch about a month ago. I opened it a few times waterfalled the juice into my mouth, never touching the rim. I left it in my room the entire time, never refridgerating it. Today, I went to get it and the rectangular bottle had inflated into a cylinder. When I opened it, gas escaped and fizzed up through the juice. I tasted it and it didn't seem to have gone bad and it was carbonated.

I pretty sure no one tampered with it. Can anyone explain what happened?

Sometimes, when I'm eating red meat, especially roast beef, I notice that there are shiny spots (rainbowish, like a fish scale's colors) on it. It's only viewable from a certain angle, and I've seen it multiple times in different places. What is it, and is it normal? Or am I just too paranoid about my food? :p
