My choice would be either lox & eggs or salmon & eggs. Both are prepared basically the same way. Cook a small onion in a fry pan until translucent with a little butter, when almost done scramble eggs in a bowl, adding a little milk and/or water (I like a little of both, more milk than water). If using lox do not add salt as it is very salty. Then add either the lox or salmon from a can and cook until the color is solid and it's warm. Then add the eggs and scramble. VERY yummy. And it won't feel like fish for breakfast!

You can chop it up after it's cooked and eat in in an breakfast omelette or breakfast burrito or fish taco, or however you'd like. I eat fruits and vegetables and oatmeal for breakfast so I believe people can eat whatever they want to eat for breakfast. The point is to get nutrition into your body

Cooked in a skillet over a campfire with REAL butter and a little lemon added, or maple syrup or even a little alcohol, depends on what you got handy.
