It's a matter of cultural geography, some places call it dressing (think New Englanders and Southerners) and some people call it stuffing (think the Midwest, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Tennessee). It's all the same yummy, bread or cornbread-based seasoned stuff that goes inside a turkey, chicken, pork cops, anything you can stuff that is meat.
